Report an issue
On this page
Tell us about a store, content or a security problem that breaks our rules or the law. Pick the kind of issue below: each one opens a short form that asks for what the team acting on it needs, writes the notice for your email app and says, where our policies set one, how fast you hear back.
If someone is in danger now, contact your local emergency services first.
A store or its content
A store breaking our rules
Fraud, scams, prohibited goods, harmful content or anything else against the Acceptable Use Policy. Send the store address and what you saw.
Child safety
Content that sexualises or endangers a child. Send the link only, never the material itself. If a child is in danger now, call your local emergency number first.
Copyright infringement
Your work used without permission. A DMCA notice needs your signature, the work, where it appears, your contact details, a good-faith statement and a statement under penalty of perjury.
Copyright counter-notice
Your content was removed after a copyright notice and you believe it was a mistake. A counter-notice asks us to restore it, under penalty of perjury.
Trademark or counterfeit goods
Goods or a store using a brand it has no right to, including counterfeits. For misuse of the Tanqory name or logo, write to brand@tanqory.com.
Illegal content in the EU
A notice under the Digital Services Act. Include the link, why the content is illegal, any evidence, and a statement that your notice is accurate and made in good faith.
Tanqory itself
A security weakness
A vulnerability in a Tanqory site, app or API. Test only with your own accounts, include steps to reproduce, and keep it private until we fix it.
Your privacy
See, export or delete the data we hold about you, opt out of sharing for ads, or raise a concern about how we use your data.
Appeal a decision
Disagree with a decision about your store, your content or a report you sent? Tell us the decision and why it is wrong. In the EU you can also write to dsa-complaints@tanqory.com.
After you report
- Your report reaches the team named on the card.
- The team named on the card checks it against our policies and the law. Harm to people, and to children first, goes to the front of the queue.
- If we act, we remove or limit the content or the store and, where we can, tell the store why and how to appeal.
- Where the law allows, we tell you the outcome at the email you gave.
