Tell us about a store that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy: fraud or a scam, prohibited goods, harmful content, or anything else the policy does not allow. We check every report against the policy and can remove content or close the store.
A problem with an order, a refund or a delivery? Contact the store first: it handles those. If it does not answer, or you think it is a scam, report it here.

- Your email reaches the team at legal@tanqory.com.
- The team checks the store against the Acceptable Use Policy. Harm to people goes to the front of the queue.
- If the store breaks the policy, we remove the content, limit the store or close it, and, where we can, tell the store why and how to appeal.
- Where the law allows, we tell you the outcome at the email you gave.
