Report a trademark issue

Tell us about a store or listing that uses your trademark without the right to, including goods you believe are counterfeit. We review each report and can remove listings or close the store.
For misuse of the Tanqory name or logo, write to brand@tanqory.com. For your copyrighted work, such as photos or text, send a copyright notice instead.
Your notice
After you send it
- Your report reaches the team at legal@tanqory.com.
- The team checks the listings against the registration and the Acceptable Use Policy. In the EU you can also report counterfeit goods with the illegal content form, where we aim to take first action within 48 hours when the evidence is sufficient.
- If the use is not allowed, we remove the listings or close the store, and, where we can, tell the store why and how to appeal.
- Where the law allows, we tell you the outcome at the email you gave.
