Report illegal content in the EU

Under the EU Digital Services Act (Article 16) anyone can tell us about content on a Tanqory store that they consider illegal. This form asks for what a valid notice needs: where the content is, why it is illegal, your name and email, and a statement that the notice is accurate.
We handle unsafe or counterfeit goods within 48 hours and other notices within 14 days. You hear what we decided, why, and how to contest it.
Content that sexually exploits a child? Use the child safety form: your name and email are optional there.

After you send it
- Your notice reaches report@tanqory.com and we confirm receipt.
- We assess it against our policies and the law: unsafe or counterfeit goods within 48 hours, other notices within 14 days.
- Any action is proportionate, a listing before a whole store, and the store gets a statement of reasons and its routes to appeal.
- We tell you our decision and why. You can contest it through dsa-complaints@tanqory.com. We aim to answer within 30 days and never take longer than 6 months. You can also take it to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body.
